Healing Begins Here
Find Hope and Renewal to help mend what is felt as broken.
Broken can still be beautiful when mended with the right tools

My name is Shanee Pangelinan
I have been in the mental health field for 10+ years. I originally started as a mental health tech at an inpatient behavioral hospital. From there, I became a peer support specialist, case worker for homeless veterans, and finally a therapist.
Being a therapist has always been my passion even as a young child. Living with mental health issues is no easy feat and I wanted to be there for those who are struggling and may not have the best support system.

About Us
Mended Teacup Counseling is dedicated to providing expert mental health therapy services, specializing in helping individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and various other mental health concerns. As a therapist, I like to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for healing and growth.

Theory behind the business is that sometimes we feel broken and as though nothing will ever get better and that we will always be broken. But I am here to tell you that even objects that have been 'broken' can be mended into something unique and beautiful. The cracks may still show but that is exactly what makes us unique, those crack, the life experiences.
